Syrian Mind Suckers

Deadly creatures inhabiting Forum furniture; also known as "Syrian Mind Fuckers".

Upon detecting that a human is lying on a Forum couch, the Sucker migrates to the armrest where it proceeds to suck that human's brain dry. A possible root cause of Forum Apathy. There is no known method of resisting a Sucker's influence or of eradicating an infestation; all furniture in the Forum is infested from the moment it's brought in the door. There is no escape.

Stefan Jones was the first to catalogue the species in an early Logbook.
