Pronounced "KWOK", QOOC stands for "Quote Out Of Context". Whenever somebody would say something which, when quoted out of context, would either 1) appear to be sexual in nature, or 2) constitute such a perfect non-sequitur that it is difficult to reconstruct any plausibly appropriate context, the statement would be entered in the logbook and duly attributed.

Example:

QOOC: "Let's give him a little head!" --Wendy Morton
