The current President of the Forum, by decree of God Emperor Matthew Weinberger. Before this, he was Treasurer; Ian was thrust into the position because he didn't know he could decline nominations.
As treasurer, he was the tight fisted master of the forum's finances. His dictatorial reign over the treasury can only be compared to Bobby's reign of terror over the lounge.
Often found actually doing work in the 4m, an oddity, Ian is known for his cynicism and deep seated fury.
Despite claims to the contrary, he lost the fight against Mr. T, though he did praise his fighting skill.
