David Rapp(born September 15, 1974), also known by his alias Drow, is a graduate of Stony Brook University, Forumite, former Activities Co-Ordinator and former Historian of the Science Fiction Forum. He is easily identifiable by his long, straight, dark hair(now sporting strands of grey) and his signature brown fedora. He is also often seen in a long black trenchcoat. He has currently claimed the title of Sub-AC for Life and is the contributor of the Drow Dave Science Fiction Forum DVD Movie Library.

David first came to USB in August of 1992 as a Freshman and discovered the Forum shortly afterward, becoming involved in the Forum and its recently created anime offshoot, Animated Perspectives, as well as the d6 Gaming Club. Like other Forumites, David required more than the usual 4 years to graduate(doing so in May of 1997 after 5 years with a Bachelors Degree in Biology). He also took Graduate courses from August of 1997 to May of 1998(after failing to score high enough on the GRE to continue for a Masters).

David eventually became the Forum Activities Co-Ordinator, replacing John "JC" Cholewa in 1998. He remained AC until 2001, when he was named part of the Activities Commitee under Nick Kilb and Ferdinand Uy. During his time as AC(and Sub-AC), David revived Forum TV Night in 1998 and continued to do so until mid-2006, when, due to taping difficulties and lack of Forumite interest, TV Night ended. In 2004, David began to contribute DVD movies to the Forum to create the Drow Dave Science Fiction Forum DVD Movie Library and claimed for himself the title of the Forum's Sub-AC for Life(there were no objections) in December of 2006. In May of 2009, David was elected Forum Historian.

David still comes down to the Forum weekly for Forum Meetings and has been to every I-Con convention from 1991 to 2008. He is fond of RPGs, Wargaming(currently WarMachine/Hordes), boffer fighting, books and art. His favorite Sci-Fi series include Star Wars, Farscape and Doctor Who. His favorite anime series include Inuyasha, Record of Lodoss War, Trinity Blood, Death Note and Fist of the North Star.
