General Notes: You may find this relatively
disorganized. It's not. It's organized to a secret system worked out
in my head. Really. I'm crafty like that. Seriously, it's
roughly organized along alphabetical lines, but with web pages that can
get...interesting at times. If you're interested in submitting a link,
contact me (the webmaster) using the cleverly provided email address on the
bottom of this page, or post a "Hey, pimp my site!" sort of message on our
webboard. I look forward to the submissions. And let's keep it
PG-13-R, please? I personally don't care, but others do, and they can kick
my ass, so I let it go. Really.

Literary Sources & Contacts:
Baen Books
A major genre publishing company, with an awesome Free Library.
Worth checking out.
Heidi Wyss
A submitted link by the person in question. Self-described
literature as "Existential grrl lit,
7000 years in the future. Free to read online." Not personally my favorite
part of the genre, but I'm sure many will enjoy it.
John Ringo
One of the coolest new science fiction authors out there today and a personal
favorite of the webmaster's, ergo the pimpage. His website's chock full of
interesting stuff, including a number of New York Times editorials written by
Ringo himself.
Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of
America
Sean Alonzo
SeanAlonzo.com is the official site of occult fiction author
Sean-Alonzo, exploring symbolism, alternative history, philosophy, secret
societies and other areas of the esoteric tradition. It also has the
distinction of being the first website actually submitted to the webmaster by
the actual person in question, and not by a Forumite. Huzzah!
Spider Robinson
The man may deny it to anyone and everyone, but there was a time
when he was a Forumite. We've got records and proof and stuff.
He's still got some of our library books. Despite the complete lack of
love he shows us, I've included the link to his website all the same. Not
too many hard feelings, eh? =)

A reference site for Urban Legends.
The Hacker

The Roth Pond Regatta
It's that thing, with the boats made out of the cardboard and the
duct tape. Yeah, that thing. Really. Seriously, worth checking
out the huge photo archives, if for no other reason then you'll get some idea of
our state of mind here at Stony Brook.
Stony Brook University
The University the Science Fiction Forum is associated with.
Included primarily for formality's sake.

Fantasy Club
Located in Lincoln, Nebraska, which is apparently one of those
flat states. They're responsible for the *other* ICON.

struggle...continues.

Located on the campus of the Rochester Institute of Technology,

convinced is a secret loci of science fiction clubs.
Other:
(These are sites that don't really fit
into any of the above categories, but I'd thought they'd be damn useful to
include somewhere. Yes, I know, I'm just abusing my webmaster
powers again. *cackles evilly*)
Live Journal
Bandwagon, Ho! A disturbing hobby amongst Forumites, and
worth posting as a link.
The Onion
The Satire Newspaper on the web. The Stony Brook Press
wishes they could be these guys.
Sluggy Freelance
*The* web comic. You will be addicted. I'm giving you
fair warning. Bun-Bun is not to be trifled with.
